Listening Partnerships are a different way of listening, where we offer empathy and support, and never judgement or criticism.

This is a time focused on you - your story, your intelligence, your resilience and capacity. Others won't interrupt to give advice or fix. All of your feelings are welcome.
Countering old hurts and worries
The Listening Circle is a safe space for you to use in the ways that work for you - laugh, cry, talk, tremble, perspire, rage, grieve... or simply figure out your shopping list! You are the expert and you get to use this time in a way that supports you.
